bjdb Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bjdb website, mobile browser platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). bjdb is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a mobile browser on an Android or iOS device, through a desktop browser, or through any other means of access. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain an account on the bjdb Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identification.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of bjdb or any of its partner organisations.
• You must access the Platform only from jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

bjdb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on the bjdb Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent closure of all related accounts. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bjdb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify bjdb immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting the support team.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• bjdb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other point at its discretion. You must cooperate fully with any such verification request.

bjdb reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these registration requirements, with or without prior notice, and to void any wagers placed from such accounts.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bjdb supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Bangladeshi payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bjdb does not apply any processing fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. bjdb aims to process mobile banking withdrawals on the same business day.
• bjdb reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Verification delays are not grounds for interest claims.
• Funds deposited into your bjdb account must be used for gaming purposes only. bjdb accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest on balances.

bjdb reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances bjdb will notify you and, where required by applicable law, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bjdb may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period only. Any bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity window will be forfeited without compensation.
• bjdb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion has been misused, exploited, or is subject to abuse.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game categories (for example, certain live dealer or sports betting markets) may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered account. Players who close and re-register are not eligible for a second welcome bonus claim.

bjdb has no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion to any specific player or group of players. Bonus availability may vary by player account status, geographic location, or other criteria determined at bjdb's sole discretion.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bjdb Platform are final once confirmed. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Bets may not be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, except in circumstances explicitly described in the rules of the specific game or betting market.
• bjdb uses RNG-certified game software from licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant software algorithm and are not influenced by any human operator. RTP figures are available in the individual game information panels.
• In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bjdb reserves the right to declare the relevant round or bet void and return the relevant stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be updated by bjdb from time to time.

6. Responsible Gaming

bjdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. bjdb provides all registered players with access to account-level tools that allow them to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings at any time.

bjdb will not extend credit to any player. Players may only wager funds that are already deposited in their account. bjdb may at its discretion restrict access to the Platform for any player it believes may be gambling irresponsibly, and may refer such players to professional support services.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjdb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform or your bjdb account for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market available on the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to generate winnings that would not have been achieved under normal operating conditions.
• Holding, operating, or accessing more than one registered bjdb account, or registering using false or stolen identity information.

bjdb employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to identify and act upon prohibited activities. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings generated through such activity will be voided.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bjdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for prohibited activity; the account holder has provided false registration information; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to bjdb, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the bjdb support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will not be entitled to the return of any funds associated with the breach.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bjdb Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of bjdb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bjdb. Your right to use the Platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence that may be revoked at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjdb, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. bjdb's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

bjdb does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. bjdb will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for losses caused by periods of Platform unavailability, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bjdb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bjdb will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bjdb may also notify registered players of material amendments via the contact information held on their account. However, the absence of such a notification does not affect the validity of any amendment to these Terms once published on the Platform.
